    Supporting John Gbondo`s comment, Its true delaying clearance means playing games to steal, other wise why the silly waist of time. Develop please in chargers/managers to attract foreign investors. SL needs it.

    Taking too long for customers to collect their consignment, this delay increases and encourage theft. Mr manager you have to speed up the so call custom clearance, and allow persons to clear their goods etc etc. The word is development. The port is still in the dark ages. This is the 21 century. Thanks.
